Penny Jordan
Penny Stockdale Jordan, following in her father's footsteps, officially joined the esteemed team at Lynchburg Fence & Railing Company in January of 2010. While diligently managing bookkeeping tasks and efficiently handling phone inquiries, she successfully pursued her academic aspirations, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Lynchburg in 2012. In 2013, Penny's dedication and expertise led her to become a licensed Class A contractor, earning her father's recognition and trust, resulting in her becoming a 20% owner of the company. Tragically in 2016, Penny's father, affectionately known as Big Al, passed away. In a graceful manner, Penny assumed the role of President of Lynchburg Fence & Railing Co., LLC.
Beyond her pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of Lynchburg Fence, Penny finds immense joy in raising her two very active daughters. She is very passionate about giving back to the community. You will often find her helping at YES Ministries, Big Al's Toy Run, Miller Home and collecting pet supplies for shelters, just to name a few!

Jimmy Floyd
Jimmy has been the construction manager at Lynchburg Fence since 2016 and is an essential part of the companies success. As an experienced Foreman, contractor, fence installer, fabricator and welder, he brings 20 years of experience and knowledge to the team. As the father of 3 boys, 2 stepdaughters and 2 small dogs he enjoys fishing, DIY projects, hunting and attending his children's school and social events. Jimmy is a "outside the box" thinker that can fix nearly any fence or railing problem with his creative thinking and mechanical know how. He is constantly working to make Lynchburg Fence the go to company for the communities fencing needs.
Cory Bracci
Cory was actively involved in his grandfather's fence company in NY since he was just 8 years old, up until moving to VA. The company has been operating since 1954, so you could say it's been around for quite a while! Now, as a proud father of two, Cory enjoys sharing his expertise about the fencing industry with others. He never hesitates to offer advice on the best type of fence/railing for their projects. It’s safe to say that Cory has pretty much done it all when it comes to fences! From installing and welding to selling, buying, and fabricating, he's got the skills to make any fence or railing project a success.
Always striving to give back to the community, you'll often find Cory lending a helping hand at various organizations in Lynchburg. He's actively involved with the Lynchburg Daily Bread, Big Brother Big Sister of VA, Boys & Girls Club, Miller Home, Brook Hill Farms, Humankind, and Habitat for Humanity.
